Can we stay in touch? Our Newsletter is delivered once a month to your mail box. We will never sell, rent or share your email address with anyone else. And it's easy to cancel if you no longer want it.

We'll sometimes send you one additional email per month as part of the package, but apart from that we'll leave you alone!

What's in the Newsletter

Up to the minute information about our website updates, new services, new venues and attractions, special deals, case studies, trade news etc.

We hope you find it worthwhile. Why not sign up and see?

Privacy

We won't sell your email address or pass it to other organisations. Our business is organising events, not selling email addresses!

How to sign up

Just enter your email address in the small box you'll find at the top left of every page on our website and click Send. Within a few minutes you'll receive a short email asking you to confirm that you want to receive our Newsletter. Click on the special link in the email and your address will finally be confirmed and added to our mailing list.

This procedure ensures that we do have your permission to send our Newsletter, just in case a well-meaning colleague or friend entered your email address without your knowledge.

How to cancel

Every Newsletter contains a unique 'one-click' link that will automatically remove your address from our mailing list in seconds. So if you no longer wish to receive the Newsletter just click the link and you'll no longer receive it.

If you don't want to use this special link, just phone us or email us and we'll delete your address manually. Our full contact details appear on every Newsletter.

Spam filters

If your PC is equipped with a 'spam filter' program, make sure it doesn't catch our Newsletter by mistake! Examples include the spam filter built into Microsoft Outlook, or numerous other specialist programs. These programs are sometimes over-enthusiastic and bin legitimate messages.

You may want to include our domain name timeforgreenwich.co.uk in the 'Safe Senders' list for your spam program so that our Newsletter always gets through.
